The Shelf life of our avocados is 2 years, and during that time there is no decrease in quality or labor. In fact, our avocados are processed using HPP technology, guaranteeing both innocuosity and quality. They also require less storage space – 1kg of pulp yields 2kgs of avocado. Finally, they are prepared manually and are thus available all year round.
